Year 2000

We've done our investigations, and as far as we can tell, everything is going to work on Saturday 1st January 2000. On 1/1/00 Spectrum will naturally be closed to the public, but we will be in to check everything out so should be offering full service on Monday 3rd January.

Quality Control

Our Photographic process is monitored by 'Agfa Labcheck' We send in pre-exposed film and paper strips 3 times per week for analysis. A full diagnosis of our chemical process is carried out, and we are advised of any actions nessessary. This ensures that you receive photographs that are technically good.

Our Photographic Prints are monitored by Fuji Technical and 'Fuji Image Service'. They ask us to print control films, and submit the store to random checks and the 'Anonymous Consumer'. This ensures that Fuji can maintain tight control on the quality of all outlets that carry their name, and ensures that you take home photographs you can be proud of.

Service

All our Photocopy and duplication devices are new and state of the art. All devices are bought direct from the manufacturers or through approved channels. We have comprehensive service and maintenance contracts on all photocopiers, and every device is kept in perfect operational condition.

Spectrum Imaging is known by service engineers for the exacting standards we expect AND demand. This is only part of our commitment to our valued customers.
